Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Minister may appoint a person to act as Deputy Chairman in the event of the absence of the Chairman from any meeting of a Committee from any cause, and the Deputy Chairman, while so acting shall have and may exercise all the powers and functions of the Chairman.
