TELECOMMUNICATIONS (CONSUMER PROTECTION AND SERVICE STANDARDS) ACT 1999 - SECT 2

             (1)  Subject to this section, this Act commences on the 28th day after the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

             (2)  Part 3 commences on 1 July 1999.
