TRANS-TASMAN PROCEEDINGS ACT 2010 - SECT 84
Service of injunctions and other judgments in New Zealand(1) A n order or injunction under section 83 , or other Australian market proceeding judgment, may be served in New Zealand.
(2) Subsection ( 1) is subject to the procedural rules of
the Federal Court.
