TRANS-TASMAN PROCEEDINGS ACT 2010 - SECT 53
Costs of r emote appearances from New Zealand If a person appear s remotely from New Zealand under this Act ,
the court may make such orders as the court considers appropriate for the
payment of expenses incurred in connection with the remote appearance.
