TRADE PRACTICES ACT 1974 - SECT 65AAC

Pyramid selling schemes--participation

             (1)  A corporation must not participate in a pyramid selling scheme.

             (2)  A corporation must not induce, or attempt to induce, a person to participate in a pyramid selling scheme.
