TRADE MARKS ACT 1995 - SECT 86
Amendment or cancellation on ground of contravention of condition etc.A prescribed court may, on the application of an aggrieved person or the Registrar, order that the Register be rectified by:
(a) cancelling the registration of a trade mark; or
(b) removing or amending any entry in the Register relating to the trade mark;
on the ground that a condition or limitation entered in the Register in relation to the trade mark has been contravened.
