TRADE MARKS ACT 1995 - SECT 142

    The Commonwealth is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by a person:

  (a)   because the Comptroller - General of Customs seized, or failed to seize, goods under this Part; or

  (b)   because of the release of any seized goods.
