TAX LAW IMPROVEMENT ACT (No. 1) 1998 - SECT 2
Commencement
- (1)
- Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.
- (2)
- Schedule 2 (except item 3 of it)
commences immediately after the commencement of Schedule 1.
- (3)
- Schedule 3 commences immediately after the commencement of
Schedule 2 (except item 4 of it).
- (4)
- Each of Schedules 4 to 8
commences immediately after the commencement of the immediately preceding
Schedule.
- (5)
- Item 3 of Schedule 2 commences immediately after the
commencement of Schedule 8.
