TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1993 - SECT 63

Interpretation

  63. Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended:

  (a) by inserting after paragraph (dac) of the definition of "head" the

following paragraph:

  "(dad) in the case of the Queensland Criminal Justice Commission-the

Chairman of that Commission;";

  (b) by inserting after paragraph (dac) of the definition of "law enforcement

agency" the following paragraph:

  "(dad) the Queensland Criminal Justice Commission;".
