THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 1989 - SECT 56
Judicial notice All courts (except in proceedings under Chapter 4) are to
take judicial notice of the British Pharmacopoeia, the European Pharmacopoeia,
the United States Pharmacopeia - National Formulary, a homoeopathic
pharmacopoeia and an anthroposophic pharmacopoeia.
