Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Secretary is to ensure that each authorised person is issued with an identity card that incorporates a recent photograph of the person.
(3) Where a person ceases to be an authorised person, the person must, as soon as practicable after so ceasing, return the person's identity card to the Secretary.
Penalty: 1 penalty unit.
(4) An offence under subsection (3) is an offence of strict liability.
