THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 1989 - SECT 42DLC

    A person contravenes this section if:

  (a)   the Secretary has given a notice to the person under section   42DKB; and

  (b)   the person does an act or omits to do an act; and

  (c)   the act or omission contravenes the notice.

Maximum civil penalty:

  (a)   for an individual--5,000 penalty units; and

  (b)   for a body corporate--50,000 penalty units.
