THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 1989 - SECT 41KCA
Civil penalty for failing to comply with requirements relating to a kind of medical deviceA person contravenes this section if:
(a) the person does an act or omits to do an act; and
(b) the act or omission contravenes a requirement imposed on the person under section 41KA.
Maximum civil penalty:
(a) for an individual--5,000 penalty units; and
(b) for a body corporate--50,000 penalty units.
