THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 1989 - SECT 41JG

  (1)   A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   the person is given a notice under section   41JCA, 41JD, 41JE, 41JF or 41JFA; and

  (b)   the person fails to comply with the notice.

Penalty:   400 penalty units.

  (2)   A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   the person is given a notice under section   41JCA, 41JD, 41JE, 41JF or 41JFA; and

  (b)   the person fails to comply with the notice.

Penalty:   100 penalty units.

  (3)   An offence against subsection   (2) is an offence of strict liability.
