THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 1989 - SECT 41GG
Duration of suspension(1) A suspension under section 41GF or 41GFA takes effect on the day on which the notice is given to the person.
(2) The suspension has effect until the Secretary revokes it
under section 41GH.
