Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA person must not supply in Australia therapeutic goods for use in humans (other than listable devices), being goods of which the person is not a sponsor, to another person who is not the ultimate consumer of the goods unless:
(a) the goods are registered goods or listed goods; or
(b) the goods are exempt goods; or
(ba) the goods are exempt under section 18A; or
(c) the goods are the subject of an approval or authority under section 19; or
(d) the goods are the subject of an approval under section 19A.
Maximum penalty: 120 penalty units.
