TELSTRA CORPORATION ACT 1991 - SECT 6A
Application of the Criminal Code(1) Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code applies to all offences against this Act.
Note: Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code sets out the general principles of criminal responsibility.
(2) Despite subsection (1), Part 2.5 of the
Criminal Code does not apply to an offence against Part 2 or 2A (within
the meaning of section 8CI).
