TOBACCO ADVERTISING PROHIBITION ACT 1992 - SECT 3
Object
- (1)
- This Act is intended to limit the exposure of the public to messages and
images that may persuade them:
(a) to start smoking, or to continue smoking;
or
(b) to use, or to continue using, tobacco products.
- (2)
- The object is to
improve public health.
