TOBACCO ADVERTISING PROHIBITION ACT 1992 - SECT 12
Meaning of manufacturer, distributor and retailer
In this Act, a reference to a manufacturer, distributor or retailer of
tobacco products includes a reference to a person who manufactures,
distributes or sells a range of products, only some of which are
tobacco products.
