(a) a body corporate is a holding company of
another body corporate if, for the purposes of the Corporations Act 2001 , the
first-mentioned body corporate is a holding company of the other body
corporate; and
(b) the question whether 2 bodies corporate are related to each other is
to be determined in the same way as the question would be determined
under the Corporations Act 2001 .
