TELECOMMUNICATIONS (INTERCEPTION AND ACCESS) ACT 1979 - SECT 68A
Communicating information obtained by the Secretary of the Attorney - General's Department(1) This section applies to information communicated to the Secretary of the Department administered by the Attorney - General as described in an item of the following table:

may communicate the information to another person or entity for purposes
connected with providing the information to the entity mentioned in that table
item.
