Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette , declare a Commonwealth Royal Commission to be an eligible Commonwealth authority for the purposes of this Act if the Minister is satisfied that the Royal Commission is likely to inquire into matters that may involve the commission of a prescribed offence.
