TELECOMMUNICATIONS (INTERCEPTION AND ACCESS) ACT 1979 - SECT 142

    A person to whom information has, in accordance with subsection   135(4), section   139, 139AA, 139A or 139B, subsection   140(2) or this section, been communicated for a purpose, or for 2 or more purposes, may:

  (a)   communicate that information to another person; or

  (b)   make use of, or make a record of, that information;

for that purpose, or for one or more of those purposes, and for no other purpose.
