TELECOMMUNICATIONS (INTERCEPTION AND ACCESS) ACT 1979 - SECT 121
What happens when stored communications warrants are issuedThe chief officer of the agency must cause:
(a) an authorised representative of the carrier that holds the stored communications to which the warrant relates to be informed forthwith of the issue of the warrant; and
(b) a copy of the warrant, certified in writing by a certifying
officer of the agency to be a true copy of the warrant, to be given as soon as
practicable to that authorised representative.
