Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to this Part, the Board may regulate the conduct of proceedings at its meetings as it thinks fit.
Note: Section 33B of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 contains further information about the ways in which members may participate in meetings.
(2) The Board must:
(a) keep minutes of its meetings; and
(b) keep a record of resolutions passed in accordance with section 26.
