TOURISM AUSTRALIA ACT 2004 - SECT 15

Term and basis of appointment

             (1)  An appointed member holds office for the period specified in the instrument of appointment. The period must not exceed 3 years.

             (3)  An appointed member holds office on a part‑time basis.
