TAXATION ADMINISTRATION ACT 1953 - SECT 8AAF
Notification by Commissioner(1) The Commissioner may give notice to a person liable to pay the charge of the amount of the charge for a particular day or days.
(4) A notice given to a person by the Commissioner under this
section is prima facie evidence of the matters stated in the notice.
