Modification of section 38 of the AAT Act Section 38 of the AAT Act applies in relation to an
application for a review of a reviewable objection decision as if the
reference to paragraph 37(1)(a) of that Act were instead a reference to
subparagraph 14ZZF(1)(a)(i) of this Act.
