Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) For the purposes of this Act, if a person uses, or proposes to use, a listed carriage service to supply a content service to the public, the person is a content service provider .
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), a content service is supplied to the public if, and only if, at least one end‑user of the content service is outside the immediate circle of the supplier of the content service.
