TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1997 - SECT 86

                   For the purposes of this Act, a service provider is:

                     (a)  a carriage service provider; or

                     (b)  a content service provider.

Note 1:       Carriage service provider is defined by section 87.

Note 2:       Content service provider is defined by section 97.
