TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1997 - SECT 574

Proceedings under this Act

                   A reference in this Part to a proceeding under this Act includes a reference to:

                     (a)  an action under this Act; and

                     (b)  a proceeding for an offence against:

                              (i)  this Act; or

                             (ii)  an offence created by section 6 of the Crimes Act 1914 or Part 2.4 of the Criminal Code that relates to this Act.
