Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The ACMA may, by notice published in the Gazette , determine that a specified person or association is an approving body for the purposes of this section. The determination has effect accordingly.
(2) An approving body may, by written instrument, determine that a specified person or association is a certification body for the purposes of this Division. The determination has effect accordingly.
