Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A defence authority may prepare a draft agreement to be entered into by the defence authority (on behalf of the Commonwealth) and:
(a) a carrier; or
(b) a carriage service provider.
(2) The agreement must be about:
(a) planning for network survivability; or
(b) operational requirements in times of crisis;
or both.
(3) In preparing the draft agreement, the defence authority must consult the carrier or provider concerned.
