TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1997 - SECT 290
Implicit consent of sender and recipient of communicationSection 276 does not prohibit a disclosure or use by a person if:
(a) the information or document relates to the contents or substance of a communication made by another person; and
(b) having regard to all the relevant circumstances, it might
reasonably be expected that the sender and the recipient of the communication
would have consented to the disclosure or use, if they had been aware of the
disclosure or use.
