SERVICES TRUST FUNDS ACT 1947 - SECT 36

The Governor-General may make regulations not inconsistent with this Act prescribing all matters which are required or permitted to be prescribed or which are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act, and in particular:

(a)

for regulating proceedings at meetings of trustees appointed under this Act;

(b)

for providing for the appointment of a person to act in the absence of the chair of any trustees so appointed; and

(c)

for prescribing the times at which meetings of any trustees so appointed shall be held.
