SERVICES TRUST FUNDS ACT 1947 - SECT 10
Benefits and expenses a charge on the fund
All benefits granted by the trustees of a fund in accordance with this Act and
all proper expenses of, and incidental to, the administration of the fund
shall be a charge upon and payable out of that fund.
