SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (CONCESSION CARDS) ACT 2001 - SECT 3

(1)

On and after 1 July 2001, section 3 of the Social Security Legislation Amendment (Newly Arrived Resident's Waiting Periods and Other Measures) Act 1997 applies in relation to Part 2A.1 of the Social Security Act 1991 , as amended by this Act, in the same way as before that date it applied to Part 2A.1 of the Social Security Act 1991 .

On and after 1 July 2001, section 3 of the Social Security Legislation Amendment (Newly Arrived Resident's Waiting Periods and Other Measures) Act 1997 applies in relation to the provisions of the Health Insurance Act 1973 , as amended by this Act, in the same way as before that date it applied to the provisions of the Health Insurance Act 1973 .
