SOCIAL SECURITY (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 61

Deduction at request of recipient

                   The Secretary may make deductions from instalments of a social security payment payable to a person if the person asks the Secretary:

                     (a)  to make the deductions; and

                     (b)  to pay the amounts deducted to the Commissioner of Taxation.
