SOCIAL SECURITY (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 6
Effect of certain determinations If the social security law provides that a determination takes
effect on a day (the earlier day ) before the day on which the determination
is made, the social security law has effect as if the determination had taken
effect on the earlier day.
