Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Unless the Secretary makes a determination under subsection (2), a person's AGDRP is to be paid in accordance with section 47.
(2) If the Secretary considers that it is appropriate for a person's AGDRP to be paid by instalments, the Secretary may determine that the person's AGDRP is to be so paid.
