SOCIAL SECURITY (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 46
Payment of special employment advance(1) Unless the Secretary makes a determination under subsection (2), a person's special employment advance is to be paid in accordance with section 47.
(2) If the Secretary considers that it is appropriate for a
person's special employment advance to be paid by instalments, the
Secretary may determine that the person's special employment advance is to
be so paid.
