Day of determination For the purposes of paragraph 42M(1)(a), 42P(2)(a),
42Q(2)(c) or 42S(3A)(b), the day the Secretary makes the determination is the
day the Secretary originally makes the determination (even if another decision
in relation to the determination is later made on review).
