SOCIAL SECURITY (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 26A
General rule A person's claim for pension bonus bereavement payment must
be made within the period of 26 weeks beginning on the day of death of the
partner in respect of whom the person is qualified for pension bonus
bereavement payment.
