SOCIAL SECURITY (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 236
Decisions to be in writing(1) A decision of an officer under the social security law must be in writing.
(2) A decision under the social security law is taken to be in
writing if it is made, or recorded, by means of a computer.
