SOCIAL SECURITY (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 2

Commencement [see Note 1]

             (1)  Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Act commences on 20 March 2000.

             (2)  This Part and section 257 commence on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

             (3)  Section 54 commences on 1 July 2000.
