SOCIAL SECURITY (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 146

                   The Minister, by legislative instrument:

                     (a)  is to set guidelines for the exercise of the Secretary's power to make a declaration under subsection 145(1) affecting payments to persons who are subject to a compliance penalty period; and

                     (b)  may revoke or vary those guidelines.
