SOCIAL SECURITY (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 123WN

    The Minister may, by legislative instrument, make rules providing that an amount ascertained in accordance with the rules is to be credited to:

  (a)   the Income Management Record; and

  (b)   a person's income management account;

in the circumstances specified in the rules.
