SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 - SECT 739C

                   The Minister, by legislative instrument:

                     (a)  is to set guidelines for the exercise of the Secretary's powers under subsection 739A(7); and

                     (b)  may revoke or vary those guidelines.
