SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 - SECT 28A

    The Secretary may, by writing, approve:

  (a)   a course of vocational training; or

  (b)   a labour market program; or

  (c)   another course or program;

(other than a rehabilitation program) as a program of assistance for the purposes of this Act.
