SEAFARERS REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1992 - SECT 21

Act binds Crown etc.

             (1)  This Act binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth.

             (2)  This Act does not permit the Crown to be prosecuted for an offence.
